These terms apply to your use of Made For Indians (madeforindian.co.in), operated by Aashita Technosoft Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What Made For Indians does
Made For Indians is a directory and communication platform that introduces buyers in India to manufacturers and suppliers. We are not a party to any sale.
We do not hold payments in escrow, guarantee delivery or quality, or act as an agent for either side. Buyers and suppliers agree price, quality, shipping, payment and disputes directly.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Buyers
- Use inquiries, requirements and chat for genuine sourcing only.
- Check suppliers, products, certifications and terms yourself before ordering or paying.
4. Suppliers
- You may claim a showroom only with an invitation, and only for a company you are authorised to represent. A claim is approved after we review your verification documents.
- Listings, prices, certifications and replies must be accurate and lawful, and you must hold the rights to any content you upload.
- Answer buyers honestly and keep the commitments you make to them.
5. What verification means
A “Verified” mark means we reviewed documents a supplier gave us at a point in time. It does not guarantee the supplier’s products, conduct, solvency or compliance, and it does not replace your own checks.
6. Supplier plans and billing
- Buyers use Made For Indians free of charge.
- Every approved supplier gets the free Starter plan. Nobody pays before verification.
- Paid supplier upgrades, when offered, are billed monthly or annually in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms are shown before any payment is taken.
7. Prohibited use
- Illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or restricted products, and content that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Fraud, impersonation, spam, or harvesting other users’ contact details.
- Scraping, overloading, or trying to break the security of the service.
- Harassment, or content that is abusive, defamatory or obscene.
8. Suspension and termination
We may hide content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for transactions between buyers and suppliers, for user content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City of the registered office to be added before launch] have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rights you have.
